The Solution: JFC Logistics Monitoring System (JLMS)
To address these challenges, a comprehensive enterprise internal web platform, the JFC Logistics Monitoring System (JLMS), was developed. JLMS is designed to centralize and modernize Jollibee’s logistics operations, providing a unified, accessible, and efficient system for managing the complex supply chain.

- Order Management: Manages the full Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle with intuitive status tabs and search functionalities.
- Inbound Shipments: Tracks Advance Shipping Notices (ASN) from suppliers to distribution centers, ensuring transparency and timely arrivals.
- Outbound Dispatch: Facilitates efficient delivery run management, including driver and vehicle assignments.
- Fleet & Vehicle Management: Maintains a comprehensive registry of vehicles, their status, and temporary capabilities.
- Cold Chain Monitoring: Ensures temperature compliance with detailed charts, breach logs, and per-vehicle rate monitoring.
- Inventory Management: Monitors stock levels across all distribution centers, with proactive low-stock alerts.
- Exception Management: Registers and categorizes operational exceptions, supported by severity and type charts for quick resolution.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generates critical reports on On-Time In-Full (OTIF), Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA), Fleet Utilization, Cold Chain performance, and Supplier Scorecards.
- Notifications & Settings: Allows users to customize their notification preferences for relevant alerts and updates.
