Raldin Casidar Studio is excited to welcome new interns to our dynamic team at our Cagayan de Oro office. This is your chance to immerse yourself in a real studio environment and create work that matters.
What It Feels Like In Our Studio?
Our studio is a hub of creative people. We believe in a culture of collaboration, not hierarchy. Here’s a glimpse of what it’s like to be part of our team:
- Creative Freedom: We want you to bring your unique ideas to the table. This is a space where you can experiment, take creative risks, and truly own your projects.
- Mentorship, Not Management: You’ll work alongside experienced creatives who are passionate about sharing their knowledge. We’re here to guide you, not just give you tasks.
- A Fun & Fuelled Environment: Our days are powered by great ideas, good music, and plenty of coffee. We often have brainstorming sessions, team lunches at local spots near the office, and celebrate our wins together. It’s a work-hard, play-hard atmosphere where you can feel inspired and make genuine connections.
- Hands-On from Day One: You’ll be involved in real projects for real clients, contributing your skills to our creative output from the very beginning.
Select Roles
We’re looking for talent across a range of creative and strategic fields. Here’s a closer look at what you’ll be doing:
Technical Roles:
- Graphic Designer: You’ll be creating stunning visual assets for a variety of digital and print media. This includes working on branding projects, designing social media campaigns, and developing marketing materials that capture attention.
- Web Developer: Assist our development team in building and maintaining beautiful, functional websites. You’ll get hands-on experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Vue) and learn the ins and outs of a professional development workflow.

- UI/UX Designer: You’ll be involved in creating wireframes, building prototypes, and learning the principles of user-centered design.
Non-Technical Roles:
- Project Manager: Be the organizational backbone of our creative projects. You’ll learn to manage timelines, coordinate between different team members, and ensure that we deliver amazing work to our clients on schedule.
- Social Media Manager: You’ll help develop and execute social media strategies, create and schedule engaging content, interact with our online community, and analyze performance data to drive growth.
- Content Writer: You’ll write sharp, compelling copy for websites, blog posts, social media, and marketing campaigns, learning the art of storytelling and SEO.
- Marketing Associate: You’ll assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conduct market research to identify opportunities, and help plan campaigns that make an impact.
